About Me: I have spent my career helping individuals and families build connections and grow hope. I have been a social worker in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, foster care, and also in a non-profit for people with chronic illness. Before starting my own practice, I provided therapy in a residential treatment center and outpatient agency. My depth of experience enables me to build trust with people from a variety of backgrounds. I love helping people feel heard and known!
